PropL Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by PropL Aerial Imaging & Production (“PropL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, purchasing, or using any PropL service, the client (“you” or “Client”) agrees to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use PropL’s services.
2. Definitions
“Services” include aerial photography, videography, roof inspections, thermal imaging, 3D modeling, media production, and any related deliverables.
“Deliverables” include photos, videos, reports, 3D models, thermal scans, or any digital files provided to the Client.
“Site” refers to the property or location where services are performed.
“FAA” refers to the Federal Aviation Administration.
3. Scope of Services
PropL provides drone-based imaging, inspection, and media services. PropL does not provide:
Structural engineering assessments
Legal or insurance determinations
Guarantees of inspection outcomes
Repair, maintenance, or construction services
All findings are observational only and based on visible conditions at the time of flight.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide safe and legal access to the Site
Notify property owners, tenants, or occupants of the scheduled flight
Secure pets, vehicles, and obstacles
Disclose hazards such as power lines, aggressive animals, or restricted areas.
Obtain any required property permissions.
Ensure the Site is free of obstructions that may prevent safe flight. PropL is not responsible for delays or incomplete deliverables caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities.
5. Scheduling, Weather, and Flight Restrictions
Drone operations are weather‑dependent and must comply with FAA Part 107 regulations.
PropL may reschedule or modify flights due to:
High winds
Rain or storms
Low visibility
Airspace restrictions
Unsafe conditions
Nearby events or emergency operations
PropL reserves the right to refuse or halt a flight at any time if safety or compliance is at risk.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits may be required for bookings.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside PropL’s standard service area.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Deliverables remain the property of PropL until payment is received in full.
7. Deliverables & Turnaround
Standard turnaround times vary by service type and will be communicated at booking.
Deliverables may include:
Edited photos
Edited videos
Raw footage (if purchased)
Roof inspection reports
Thermal imaging files
3D models or mapping data
PropL is not responsible for delays caused by weather, airspace restrictions, or Client‑related issues.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Until full payment is received:
All media remains the exclusive property of PropL.
Upon payment:
The Client receives a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use the deliverables for personal or business purposes.
PropL retains the right to use media for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the flight.
Raw footage is not included unless explicitly purchased.
9. Liability Limitations
PropL is not liable for:
Pre‑existing damage to roofs, structures, or property
Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client
Losses resulting from weather, airspace restrictions, or rescheduling
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
PropL’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Weather‑related cancellations by PropL are free of charge.
Client cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
No‑shows may be charged the full service amount.
Deposits are non‑refundable unless PropL cancels the service.
11. Privacy & Data Handling
PropL respects client privacy.
Client information is not sold or shared.
Media may be stored for internal use, quality control, or backup purposes.
PropL may blur faces, license plates, or sensitive areas upon request.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
PropL may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
